Where We Ship
We ship to addresses within the United States.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
- Processing takes 1–3 business days and includes payment verification, quality check and packing.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.
Delivery Times
- Handling time: 1–3 business days
- Transit time: 6–7 business days
- Total estimated delivery: 7–10 business days from the date you place your order
Shipping Cost
Shipping within the United States is a flat rate of $6.99 USD per order.
Tracking
When your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel.
Address Accuracy
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. Once an order has shipped we usually cannot change the address. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping may apply) or a refund.
Lost or Missing Parcels
If tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you can't find it, please check with neighbours and your local post office first. If it's still missing, email sales@artellea.com within 7 days of the delivery date and we'll investigate.
